High shear mixing emulsifier is our new product developed recently with its mechanic and hydraulic high speed shear as a key part. Close cooperation of rotor and stator ensures the stuff can endure its tens of thousands of shearing per min. Several kinds of stators cover a wide range of application areas including cosmetics emulsification, and rubber pulp which require mixing, spreading, crushing and suspending and resolving. In order to meet your needs and expand its application range, we specially made three types of changeable stators. The size of stator is variable with motor power.
