SW series horizontal sealed conic sand mill is a kind of dispersion machine. It is widely used in paints, dyes, and inks, photosensitive materials and medical line and etc. Its unique designing and compact structure help prevent the stuffs drying and its volatility under the air-tightened state. In addition, it does not need special installation. You can change its position with view of your requirements. SW series horizontal sealed conic sand mill is composed of body, fuselage, stepless speed changer, feeding pump, cooling system, and motor and etc. The pump motor drives the stepless speed changer then the feeding pump to convey its stuff into the dispersion cylinder. The stuffs together with grinding media are both mixed strongly by high speed rotating dispersion disc and then dispersed gradually. The stuff ground before flows out through dynamic separator and meshes under the inner pressure of cylinder.
This machine is fit to grind and disperse materials with high viscosity and fine granularity.
